BR Hidráulica assembles hydraulic hoses for low, medium, high, and super high pressure , as well as industrial and special hoses for various applications, including: steam, water, hydraulic oil, food, chemicals, compressed air, marine operations, oil and gas , among others.

All processes strictly adhere to SAE J1273 and DIN 2444 standards , ensuring reliability, safety, and superior performance in the final product.

Our assembly line is structured with precise and controlled steps :
Marking, cutting, cleaning, peeling, terminal insertion, pressing, final inspection, hydrostatic testing, final cleaning, and shipping.

Currently, we have equipment capable of crimping hydraulic hoses up to 2" and industrial hose assemblies up to 6" , ensuring high production capacity and agile service to meet the needs of the industrial sector.
